Which plan is right for me?
College students get a one-time website with full source code at a special discount. Personal and professional websites can choose one-time (you get the code and manage it) or managed (we host it and do 2 rounds of updates a year). Homestays, hotels, shops, commercial and e-commerce websites always come with ongoing maintenance, because their details change often.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, on one-time plans (Student, and Personal & Professional Option 1). After full payment we hand over the complete source code and files, and the website is 100% yours. On managed and Business plans we look after the code for you; your domain is always registered in your name. If you stop the plan later, we hand over your website files once any dues are cleared.
Is it a one-time payment?
For the Student plan and Personal & Professional Option 1, yes: you pay once for the website, with no monthly charges from us. Managed and Business plans have a website build fee plus a care plan that covers updates and maintenance. Domain and hosting renew yearly with the provider (we can set those up for you).
What does maintenance include?
Business care plans cover regular content updates (photos, prices, rooms, products, offers), hosting and renewal management, backups, security checks and fixes if something breaks. The Personal & Professional managed option includes 2 rounds of updates every year plus the same hosting, backup and renewal care.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes. We build online stores with product pages, cart and checkout, and keep them maintained: adding products, updating prices and making sure everything keeps working.
How long does it take?
Typically 5–10 working days, depending on the number of pages and how quickly we receive your content (text, photos and logo). E-commerce and custom designs can take longer; we confirm the timeline in your quote.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of design revisions are included in every build. On managed and Business plans, updates after launch are covered by your care plan.
What are the payment terms?
Website build: 50% advance to start and 50% before go-live. Care plans for managed and Business websites are billed as agreed in your quote (for example, yearly).
Is there a student discount?
Yes. College students get a special discount with a valid college ID. Tick “I’m a college student” in the form and we’ll ask you for the ID when we reply.
Can you update my existing site?
Yes. Our redesign service modernises an existing site: new look, mobile-friendly layout, faster loading and cleaner code. You can then choose the plan that fits you.
